Mirmont Construction ("Mirmont," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through mirmont.biz and mirmont.info (the "Site"), including our client portal and staff admin console, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you submit the "Request a Consultation" form on our Contact page, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, project type, city/location, and the project details you enter. This is sent to us via Web3Forms and used only to respond to your inquiry.
If you're an active Mirmont client, our Client Portal lets you track renovation selections tied to a project code we provide you. Selections and progress you enter are stored in our project database (Google Firebase) so they sync across your devices.
Our internal admin console is used by Mirmont staff to manage client projects, notes, and tasks. It is not intended for use by the public. To support that internal work, the admin console can optionally connect to:
These connections are authorized directly by Mirmont staff through Google's or Intuit's own sign-in and consent screens, and only a Mirmont-owned account is ever connected.
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance purposes. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking.
We use the information above to: respond to quote requests, provide and support the Client Portal, manage renovation projects internally, keep staff calendars and accounting records organized, and maintain the security and performance of the Site. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Mirmont's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Calendar data accessed through our Google Calendar connection is used solely to create, update, and remove task-related calendar events as described above, is never shared with third parties, and is never used for advertising.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Site and our business — Web3Forms (contact form delivery), Google Firebase (client portal data storage), Google Calendar and QuickBooks/Intuit (staff task and billing tools, as described above), and Cloudflare (hosting) — each solely to perform that function on our behalf, and as required by law.
We keep client portal and project information for as long as needed to support your renovation project and for our business records afterward. Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to follow up with you. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time — see "Your Choices" below.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, including access controls on our admin console and encrypted storage of connected-account credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or ask what we have on file, by emailing contact@mirmont.info. Mirmont staff can disconnect the Google Calendar or QuickBooks integrations from the admin console at any time, which stops any further syncing immediately.
The Site is intended for adults seeking or managing home renovation services and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
